Registration
Registration is required to access the venue and participate in the conference’s scientific program and other IEEE NANO 2024 activities. To receive the best rates for the conference, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the Early Bird fees.
*Students may apply for a grant. There will be different grant modalities, including fee reduction.
- Registration fee includes the welcome reception, lunches at the conference site, gala dinner, coffee breaks, tutorials, conference sessions, and convention facilities.
- The accompanying person fee includes both the welcome reception and the gala dinner. Accompanying persons who wish to attend only the welcome reception or only the gala dinner can do so by paying the respective fee (€40 for the welcome reception and €75 for the gala dinner).
- Consider being an IEEE member to receive full member benefits. You can be a member of IEEE Nanotechnology Council with no additional fees by joining IEEE (simply select ‘Nanotechnology Council’ when applying for membership). Interested in joining IEEE? Click here!
- The workshops are accessible at no cost, though prior registration is recommended due to limited capacity. Register through this form. Please note that registration for the IEEE NANO 2024 conference is mandatory to attend the workshops.
- One Full Registration (Student Registration is NOT a full registration) covers a maximum of ONE invited paper (without publishing) or TWO accepted papers by the same registered author.
- A Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only ONE accepted paper.
- Extra Paper Charge: An additional USD 150 must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
- Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay USD 150 per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings (Note: Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages).

Payment can be done by paying by credit or debit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested through the Technical Secretariat no later than June 6, 2024. A refund will be made of the amount that was paid minus 25% to cover administrative expenses and any related transaction fees.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made after June 6, 2024.
